Judd brings creativity, insight and rigor to every development project. With more than 20 years of experience in real estate development in the greater MSP market, he has led a range of projects including multi-family housing, senior housing, office, industrial and retail projects around the Twin Cities. He has experience in all aspects of the development process including site selection, marketing, strategic planning, financing, design and construction.

Judd is actively engaged in the community through volunteer and board service at organizations such as the Lake Street Business Association, Saint Paul Area Chamber of Commerce, Midtown Greenway Coalition, Minnesota Commercial Real Estate/Commercial Property Association, Minnesota Shopping Center Association and the Midway Chamber of Commerce.

Judd graduated from the University of St. Thomas. He lives in Saint Paul with his wife, Molly and their four children.

Ted works with Grand Real Estate Advisors brokerage clients, identifying real estate solutions that align with the unique requirements of each business or non-profit. With 15 years of commercial real estate experience, Ted is skilled with financial and investment analysis, strategic advisory, and property marketing. He has a deep understanding of the Twin Cities Metro and Suburban markets, having successfully negotiated hundreds of lease and sale transactions.

Prior to joining Grand Real Estate Advisors in 2018, Ted was the owner-operator of EJL Commercial Real Estate, a small brokerage and consulting firm founded in 2010.  Additionally, Ted actively managed a portfolio of 25 NNN leased retail properties located throughout the United States on behalf of a charitable Trust.

Ted is a graduate of Saint Thomas Academy and Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio. He lives in Saint Paul with his wife, Allison LaFave and their 4 children, Sophie, Ed, Wally, & Mitt.
